Education Management

It is our primary goal to ensure that our employees improve themselves by adding value both to themselves and the work they do by constantly learning. For this purpose, training and development programs are planned within the framework of the Annual Development Plans. It fulfills the requirements of continuous development with internal and external training.

Internship at Beşer Balata

Beşer Balata has been providing internships opportunity for students who have been studying in associate degree and undergraduate programs of universities for years. Within the context of these internship programs, it is aimed to help students see the applications of the theoretical knowledge they receive in universities and to have a general idea about business life.

Our company has two internship periods, Summer and Winter Internships. In accordance with the Law number 3308 on Apprenticeship and Occupational Education, the quotas are allocated to students of faculties affiliated to Higher Education Institution and Vocational Schools during Summer Internships (June, July, August and September). They are allocated to senior students of Industry / Trade Vocational High School during Winter Internships (during the winter semester).
