    TECHNICAL INFORMATIONS

    Failures in brake system

    Effective functioning of brake system has vital importancy for a safe movement of the vehicle. Friction materials and some components of hydraulic system in the brake system can be worn by time and cause various failures. The most recognisable failure types and the diagnosis of these failures are given in the tables below:

    TABLE 1: For the brake system having brake linings

    Ginding noise can be heared on partial pressing onto brake pedal. No repair is necessary when you apply strong power onto brake pedal and you do not hear any noise.

    Reasons for digging noise

    Noise is due to space between calipier and shoe when you move with low speed and bad rough roads. Brake pad and shoe is replaced.

    Connection nuts are long

    Proper nuts are used

    Friction of disc to calipier

    Calipier surface is cleaned, fixation nuts are controlled

    Wheel bads are so looser

    Wheel bads are adjusted

    Brake pads are worn and shoe units are frictioning to disc

    Brake pads and shoes are replaced

    Brakes are worming and become not free

    Brake power unit is mulfunctioning

    Power unit is controlled

    Brake pedal rod connection is tightening

    Connections are repaired

    Calipier piston is tightening

    Calipier is removed, rubber segman bad is cleaned, rubber is changed if necessary

    Central cylinder valve has failure

    Valve is repaired
